1. AIM & PURPOSE
1.1. INITIAL ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT CHECK - Our Initial Eligibility Assessment Check is designed to provide prospective clients with an easy, free-of-charge means of obtaining a general indication of their eligibility for our services or free referral to an officially registered/regulated migration agent.
a. It will enable us to judge the suitability of prospective clients to proceed to the next stage, which is a Full Eligibility Assessment Check
b. Information submitted via the Initial Eligibility Assessment Check will be examined and you will be advised regarding your eligibility for our services and your likely suitability to proceed to a Full Eligibility Assessment Check or free referral to an officially registered/regulated migration agent.
1.2. Following submission of our Eligibility Assessment Check form, you may be contacted by Achievers Consult or an independent registered/regulated agent and registered/licensed attorney by e-mail or phone call to discuss the possibilities of you proceeding further with their services.
1.3. You should normally receive your Assessment Report by e-mail within 2 working days in the case of Initial Eligibility Check and within 3 working days in the case of Full Eligibility Check, unless further research is required by Achievers Consult.
1.4. If you do not receive the report within the above time-frame, please contact us.
2. SPECIFIC USES
2.1. Achievers Consult reserves the right to use submitted details to send promotional e-mails or letters to those who have submitted an Eligibility Assessment Check form.
2.2. Our Eligibility Assessment Check is not an official form and we make no guarantee regarding your eventual success in applying to emigrate. Please note that the final decision in respect of issuing visas is the responsibility of the relevant government immigration authority and applicants are invited to verify their eligibility with these authorities directly.
3. IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE NOTICE
3.1. Achievers Consult is not regulated by ICCRC, Canadian law society, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec. As such, we do not provide Canadian immigration or citizenship advice or representation. Achievers Consult places the utmost importance on adhering to the migration act and legislation, and code of conduct of the relevant immigration regulatory bodies, and we serve to protect your interests by confirming all information solely in writing.
3.3. This website primarily provides answer for general information purposes and connection to an independent registered/regulated agent and registered/licensed attorney who then provide Immigration advice. Immigration advice may only be given byregistered agents or practicing lawyers in their jurisdiction. As such, we referred all legal/immigration enquiries to independently contracted advisors who provide their own terms of engagement.
3.4. Please note that we are a private and personal online consult and referral portal only and not part of Government, and, our online referral service is free. For details of free information on the Government websites, please see cic.gc.ca (Canada), and relevant regulatory bodies iccrc-crcic.ca (Canada).
3.5. Our independent referral lawyers offer their own visa, relocation or settlement services for which they are independently responsible and for which you contract directly to them as separate businesses.
3.6. Achievers Consult is an online business only. So, we are unable to accept walk-in client.
3.7. Our frontline receptionists, Interpreters, Directors and other administrative staff DO NOT provide specific immigration advice, either verbally or otherwise, and are not permitted to do so, but they can pass on general introductory information to you, gather your personal information and questions, complete the necessary forms to hand to our Immigration Consultants, and deliver/read/translate their written immigration advice response and answers to you. Please do not act in any way until this signed written confirmation has been received by you. We will not accept responsibility for any actions, loss or damage if you fail to comply with this important company policy.

4.1. Achievers Consult makes no representation that it can guarantee the approval of any visa application.
4.2. Achievers Consult makes no representation or warranty whatsoever regarding the completeness, accuracy, currency, adequacy, suitability or operation of this web site, or of the information it contains. Achievers Consult reminds all clients that the final decision in respect of immigration is for the relevant immigration authorities.
7.2. In submitting our Eligibility Assessment Check form, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions and agree to the uses of your personal information as stated above.
7.3. These terms and conditions shall remain in force until such time as you unsubscribe from our database either electronically or in writing.
